Unexpected times hit hard and come at you fast. Often, troubled times bring with them a plethora of problems which Google cannot solve. But we can. Together.

 We are a support group for caregivers, friends and families of individuals who are suffering from any long-term or chronic physical or mental conditions. This is a safe space for you to share your struggles, ask for advice and express the challenges you face. Most problems we encounter do not have black and white solutions. But those of us who have gone through similar problems, might have a way out for you. Una means together in Latin. Together, we can take on the challenges that come our way.

We’re  the “someone” you come to when you’re feeling down.  We’re the “someone” who will be there to push you through trying times. We’re also the platform where you can help others learn from your own experiences. We believe that caregivers need immense support to continue providing care to a loved one.
